Every order ships from our bonded warehouse in Tsuen Wan and moves through Hong Kong International Airport or a local courier desk. All prices on this page are in HKD.

Carriers we use

We route on service level, not discount — fastest viable option wins. Carrier is picked at pack time based on destination and weight; the confirmation email shows which one.

DHL Express

Default for APAC and EU air. End-to-end tracking, door to door.

FedEx

Primary for US/Canada. Priority and Economy options.

SF Express

Mainland China and HK same-day. Best last-mile coverage in Tier-1 cities.

Regions & transit times

Business days after dispatch. Transit does not include customs clearance delays, which are rare but possible in certain EU markets during peak season.

Cut-off times

Orders placed by 15:00 HKT on a business day are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier the same afternoon.

Orders after cut-off ship the next working morning. Saturday orders are consolidated and despatched Monday, unless the shipment is marked urgent — contact sales if you need a weekend hand-off.

Duties & taxes

Shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). The recipient is responsible for import duty, VAT or GST in the destination country.

DDP (duty paid) is available on request for enterprise accounts; quote it in advance so we can include the landed cost on the proforma.

Hong Kong orders incur no local sales tax. HK invoices are issued without VAT.

Tracking

A tracking email with carrier reference goes out within 24 hours of dispatch — usually within two hours of the handover scan. If you do not see one, check the junk folder first, then email support@marble.marsfront.com with your order reference and we will resend.

Enterprise accounts on scheduled replenishment receive a weekly dispatch manifest as CSV if requested during onboarding.
